Dennis Cahill was born in Trenton, NJ and raised in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He came to faith in Jesus Christ during his freshman year of college.  Since that time, it has been his goal to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ to as many people as possible.  Christ Community Church began in the Cahill's living room in 1988.

Dennis is married to Patricia and they have three children: Jonathan, a graduate of Rutgers, is married to Katie, a Robert Wood Johnson Medical student, Megan is a student at Temple Medical School, and Sarah is a student at Middlesex Community College.  Dennis graduated from Florida Bible College (B.A.), Biblical Theological Seminary (M. Div), Westminster Theological Seminary (Th. M.) and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (D.Min).

Richard (Rick) Ravis is married to Patricia (Patsy). Rick graduated from Florida Bible College (B.A.) and Biblical Theological Seminary (M.Div.). He served for eight years as a youth pastor at Berachah Church in Philadelphia before coming to serve at Christ Community Church in 1990. Rick is responsible for worship and music and shares the preaching at Christ Community. He has a passionate love for the Lord Jesus and a deep concern that people grow in their faith.
