Food Banks

We would like to give our church the opportunity to contribute to local food banks. On one Sunday each month we will be collecting food items which will be delivered to area food banks we know are low on supplies.

Some of the most needed items are peanut butter, jelly, beverages, snack foods, boxed milk and of course, canned veggies and stews. Think in terms of breakfast, lunch and dinners. It could be as easy as looking in your cabinet, grabbing two cans of whatever you have on hand, putting them in a bag and bringing them in.
