Children’s Ministry

Kids’ Discovery Church is an interactive class for children Grades 3–6. We use the Holy Bible for Kids, English Standard Version, to learn what the Word of God teaches us. Music, games, prayer, and arts and crafts are incorporated to build up each child’s knowledge and love of God.

Little Kids’ Church is a creative and interactive Sunday class for children age 3+ to Grade 2. Our younger children learn about God through Bible stories, crafts, games, and songs.

We also provide a nursery for infants to 3 years old. There is no instruction in the nursery, but toys and snack are provided.

Part of the way through our worship service, children are dismissed from the service to go with their teachers. Parents who are new are welcome to accompany their children to Kids’ Church or to keep their children with them in the service, if they choose.

Gospel

Our children’s classes use gospel-centered curriculum with scripture, stories, and activities to allow them opportunities to form spiritual friendships with their peers and teachers.

Every children’s volunteer at CCC is required to have been involved in the life of our church for at least six months and to submit and periodically renew a national background check.

fun

What are the first two questions every parent asks their child when they get home from school or church? “What did you learn? Did you have fun?” We believe learning about Jesus should be as fun as possible for all kids when they come through our doors.
